I want to be cute and talk about how I have always loved to be creative — to draw and design since when I was (maybe) five. However, that is not my story.
I found design, serendipitously. I say **‘serendipitously’ because I have come to absolutely and deeply love design in all of its shapes and forms. I can’t imagine the world without designers and their incredible contributions.
Product Design has led me down the path of learning, building, failing forward, collaborating, designing and experimenting. I have a profound, yet growing understanding of user behaviour and mental models and I incorporate this knowledge in the products I design — all the while leveraging motion to keep users hooked and guided.
I have a working knowledge of HTML and CSS 👩🏽💻, ergo I am able to better communicate with developers and understand how my designs are been implemented.
On days when I am not fervently trying to align business requirements and users’ experiences, you’ll find me watching a movie/series/TV show, listening to a podcast, spending time with family, or resting. I recently unearthed a newfound love for fiction. Feel free to send some of your best reads to me 😊
